Sessions start at $529 for up to five rooms / spaces. Any more than that is considered a "whole house" and is $659.

They can vary, but I recommend allocating a minimum of three hours. Five hours for a whole home.

Once you're confident of your projects completion date then feel free to reach out and book a session anytime after that. It could be one week or several months in advance. More date options will be available the further out you book.

That depends on the spaces and details that need to be captured, but a typical base session yields >50.vThey are delivered in a private online gallery with all curated images getting colour correction and basic retouching. Available for download in large high resolution files.

Once we agree on a date a $100 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your spot. Because I use windows as my main light source I recommend shooting when the sun is near its highest point, typically around noon for the best results. All spaces should be fully prepped before I arrive. That means cleaned and staged to the client's liking. Staging the space is important to elevate the product. I will ask for the important elements to ensure they are captured. Following the shoot day you will be sent a link to your gallery where you can view and download all of your images.

These sessions are intended for interior designers, custom builders, architects, stagers and creators of home decor. They are not intended for real estate listings.

No. Hopefully the name 'interiors' gives that away. The best exterior photos are taken at twilight and that is outside of my availability.
